Video Games Live is an immersive concert event currently sweeping the world and featuring music from the biggest video games of all time performed along with exclusive video footage and music arrangements, synchronized lighting, solo performers, electronic percussion, live action and unique interactive segments.
"What an incredible honor for us and the entire video game industry to be playing at such a historical landmark with such a prestigious symphony," said video game composer and Video Games Live co-creator Jack Wall. Fellow co-creator and game composer Tommy Tallarico added "We've already started inviting as many local politicians and their families as possible. It's important for us to show everyone how incredibly creative, artistic and significant video games and the culture surrounding them have become."
To commemorate this historical moment in video game history, Microsoft, ManiaTV and DreamAuthentics is sponsoring the XBOX “Video Games Live” Sweepstakes* which will send a lucky winner and guest to Washington D.C. to see the show with special VIP access. Winner will also be awarded a new video camera, video game prize pack and a showing of their entire trip experience on ManiaTV’s Arcade segment.
