'Duke Nukem 3D' Coming to Xbox Live Arcade?

by Rainier on Aug. 12, 2007 @ 4:30 p.m. PDT

The updated Duke Nukem 3D will not only features four-player online co-op, but will also allow you to capture multiplayer battles and share with other XBL users, as well as a rewind function in singleplayer to relive (or redo) those climactic firefights, all shown in old school graphics (but with new graphics in the menus, and the HD sidebars).
While Duke Nukem Forever is still in development, 3DRealms' George Broussard revealed that it is exploring options of bringing its 1996 classic shooter Duke Nukem 3D to Xbox Live Arcade. Broussard said, "Truth be told, we've talked to Microsoft about it and have some people that would port it. Just waiting on the good word from Microsoft to continue."
