Norm Koger's The Operational Art Of War series allows you to play and create any battle from the entire 20th Century of warfare and up to the modern day, with reasonable accuracy back as far as the 1850s. Originally released by TalonSoft, Matrix Games last year acquired the rights and source code to The Operational Art of War. bringing you, together with Norm Koger and a new design team, The Operational Art Of War III

A few of the enhancements and changes include:

* 33 NEW or newly revised scenarios
* New advanced flanking rules
* A tweak or two when using nuclear weapons
* Some balance changes for helicopters and equipment transported by helicopters
* Some optimizations for running the game in various screen resolutions
* More realistic weather patterns (and improved cloud cover patterns)
