by Rainier on Jan. 24, 2008 @ 9:57 a.m. PST

Another day, another batch of games shipped to stores. Instead of giving them all their own posts, we grouped them, and so far there are announcements for:

Yu-Gi-Oh! GX The Beginning of Destiny (PS2)

Continuing a long-standing tradition of events, the Duel Academy is holding a Tag Duel Tournament, and students are hastily searching for the right partner to guarantee victory. As a transfer student who has just joined the Academy, players will go head to head against the best duelists in Duel Academy, building up trust and friendship in order to find the right partner for the Tag Duel Tournament. In this tournament, compatibility with your partner and your dueling spirit determines whether or not you find true friendship and unity at Duel Academy!

Yu-Gi-Oh! GX The Beginning of Destiny includes more than 2,400 cards allowing for new decks and dueling strategies. In addition to head-to-head combat, players can also connect online to duelists playing Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Tag Force 2 for the PSP to battle more characters and collect more cards. The Beginning of Destiny also includes three exclusive and playable trading cards for players to collect.

Yu-Gi-Oh! GX The Beginning of Destiny, rated "E" for Everyone, sells at a suggested retail price of $29.99.
