Continuing to grow the PS3 library following the October release of SingStar Vol. 2, SingStar ABBA for the PS3 system allows players to capture all their special ABBA party moments by using the PlayStation Eye to record their performances and share them with the worldwide SingStar community via My SingStar Online. Players also can connect to the PS3 online SingStore, giving them access to more than 400 downloadable songs to add to their collections. In an effort to enhance the North American SingStore based on consumer feedback, over 60 songs from the European SingStore will be made available to U.S. fans over the next few months.

• Paul McCartney -- 'Wonderful Christmastime'

Also for the holidays, the full PlayStation 2 SingStar catalog will be accessible for the PS3 system via a free game update coming by Christmas that provides PS3 SingStar owners with backwards compatibility of all PS3 and PS2 SingStar discs. Popular PS2 SingStar titles like the recently released SingStar Country, SingStar Pop Vol. 2, and SingStar Legends will be easily accessible when running a PS3 SingStar game. This feature is only compatible with SingStar discs for the PS3 system.
