Exclusive TV Content And New Movies Coming to Xbox Live in March

Not only will U.S. Xbox Live members have access to great HD content in March, but they will also be able to download content exclusive to Xbox Live, including a free episode of Comedy Central's Lewis Black: Root of All Evil, which will available to all Xbox Live members from March 13- March 20.

Much of the new content will be available in high definition, helping to give Xbox Live the largest HD video-on-demand library anywhere. The Video Store currently has more than 1000 hours of HD programming, which is more than twice as many hours as any other service, including cable.

Not only will U.S. Xbox Live members have access to great HD content this month, but they will also be able to download content exclusive to Xbox Live, including a free episode of Lewis Black: Root of All Evil on Comedy Central. The premier episode of comedian Lewis Black’s new show will be free to all Xbox Live members from March 13- March 20.

Xbox Live has the exclusive content people want. The ever popular television comedy series Robot Chicken: Star Wars (created and directed by Seth Green) will be made available exclusively to Xbox Live members on March 4, two months before the DVD is available in stores this coming May. Anime fans will be able to download Afro Samurai starring Samuel L. Jackson – only available in HD on the Xbox Live service. In addition, new episodes of South Park will arrive on the service the week of March 10.

Younger Xbox Live members will be thrilled to see NANCY DREW: DREW’S CLUES available for download in March from Warner Bros. The film, starring Emma Roberts, is a special version of the theatrical release, with clever trivia and clues popping up throughout the movie. Xbox Live members can play along with the film, creating a truly immersive viewing experience. The theatrical version will be available as well.

Want more content for kids? ABC Family launches on Xbox Live, with episodes of Kyle XY and Greek available for download starting the week of March 10. The first season of Hannah Montana and the first season of the Suite Life of Zack and Cody will be available for download from the Disney Channel starting on March 24. Also from ABC, seasons 1 and 2 of Grey’s Anatomy and Desperate Housewives will hit the service on March 10.

Xbox Live offers more than 4,200 hours of entertainment content from more than 35 networks and studios, such as Disney, CBS, Warner Bros., Paramount and MTV.
