While yesterday Flagship Studio confirmed some layoffs and vigorously denied any take over attempts of its diabloesque first-person RPG Hellgate: London, it turns outs that most of it was true. A legal notice sent out by Hanbitsoft's law office revealed "It is unfortunate that Flagship turned down additional investments HanbitSoft offered to make that would have allowed it to keep its doors open" has now been confirmed by Community Manager, Taylor Balbi. Mythos right reverted to Korena publisher HanbitSoft as part of an earlier investment, and Hellgate's went to Comerica, due to some loan agreement.
