The last we heard from SAW was shortly after Brash Entertainment's demise, as it was being shopped around to other publishers. Using the Unreal Engine 3, Saw is being developed with the creators of the SAW movies, Leigh Whannell & James Wan, and according to Variety, it's now being picked up by Konami. Familiar with the genre through its Silent Hill franchise, Konami is said to have picked up the project after the right reverted to Lionsgate. Still being developed by Zombie Studios, the source claims the game is now also coming to PC.

by Rainier on Feb. 5, 2009 @ 3:39 p.m. PST
Saw is a third-person perspective, survival horror game based on the movie franchise. Jigsaw has killed your partner and destroyed your life. Now he has trapped you in an abandoned insane asylum that he alone controls. If you can defeat his brutal traps and survive, you may just discover the truth behind what drives this twisted serial killer.
