'Marker Man Adventures' (NDS) - 16 New Screens

by Rainier on March 10, 2009 @ 10:05 a.m. PDT

Developed by Glyphic Entertainment, this unique game based on drawing and physics challenges players to maneuver the charming stick figure, Marker Man, through 150 scrolling world puzzles in his attempt to find his best friend, Doodle Dog.

From the creative minds of Glyphic Entertainment, Marker Man Adventures pits the titular hero against dangerous odds in the name of saving his loyal Doodle Dog in this logic and physics based puzzle game.

Employing the Touch Screen and stylus for the DS, players create simple geometric shapes including lines, boxes, circles, triangles and pivot points to aid Marker Man in his quest for Doodle Dog. Draw platforms to reach previously unattainable heights, encircle enemies blocking Marker Man's route or cross a treacherous moat by stenciling in a bridge as players can create their own solutions to Marker Man's troubles. With 170 puzzles and dozens of hidden areas to explore, Marker Man Adventures drops players in multiple themed levels like Outer Space, Snow/Ice and Underwater. Still, logic can only get players so far as they will need to collect power-ups to advance in the more difficult levels.

Marker Man Adventures for NDS is expected to release in June 2009.
