EA Sports NCAA Football brings an unparalleled college game day experience to football fans across the nation.
NCAA Football 10 will bring the excitement of college football to fans across the nation like never before with the all-new Season Showdown. In this new mode, every game counts as fans declare their loyalty to a favorite school and give the ultimate show of support in a nationwide competition. After choosing a school to represent, players will earn credits in-game through head-to-head online matchups and single player modes. Credits not only accumulate in-game but players can also earn credits for their school via new web-based games. Millions of college football fans around the country will be on a mission to prove their school is number one with NCAA Football 10’s Season Showdown.
GameStop will host midnight launch events for Electronic Arts’ NCAA Football 10 at more than 1,300 of its U.S. locations on Monday, July 13, 2009.
Football fans from any conference will have their chance to represent their team by participating in several activities including:
- Ultimate Football Fan Contests
- Tailgate Party Challenges
- End Zone Dance Contests
- In-store tournaments
The tournament will test players’ skills on the field against other contestants on NCAA Football 10 on the Xbox 360. Starting at 10 p.m., players will be randomly paired off for the opening match and continue until the last two players remain to compete. The winner of the final match goes home with an NCAA Football 10 T-shirt and Xbox 360 faceplate.
With all 120 Football Bowl Subdivision schools represented in the game, NCAA Football 10 offers fans an exciting way to experience the thrill of authentic college football year-round.
