The addition of Fowler, Stevenson and Bayless only enhances the company’s integrated and strategic efforts for continued growth in marketing and development.

Bringing 15 years of leadership experience, Fowler will assume the responsibility of overseeing Namco Bandai Game’s North American marketing strategies, corporate branding and communication initiatives for its hit franchises, licensed properties and original products. Most recently, Fowler served as senior vice president of publishing at Codemasters Inc. where she oversaw all of the company’s business units which resulted in record revenue growth. Prior to Codemasters, she was the senior vice president of sales and marketing at Konami Digital Entertainment. During her eight year tenure, Fowler was responsible for all the sales and marketing strategies of their interactive entertainment properties. Previously, Fowler was director of sales at Mattel, Inc., where she generated record sales and increased revenue for their interactive division of children entertainment products.
With an extensive business and product development background, Stevenson will be responsible for growing the company’s online offerings in areas such as MMOGs, direct to digital titles, platforms, community services and premium downloadable content. Prior to Namco Bandai Games, Stevenson was the vice president of business development and worldwide publishing at Atari/Infogrames where he built out the group product portfolio including the company’s top licenses and franchises as well as driving the company’s digital-channel efforts. Before Atari/Infogrames, he held executive positions for product development and acquisitions at Dreamcatcher Games and iRock Games under Virtus Entertainment. In his early career, Stevenson held key production and development roles with several studios and technology companies.
In his role as studio general manager, Bayless will oversee the production of Namco Bandai Games America’s internally and externally developed titles including Splatterhouse and Dead to Rights: Retribution. Bayless, who has more than two decades of video game development experience, joins Namco Bandai Games from 2K Games where he was the vice president of special projects and was instrumental in the analysis of business development assignments. Bayless also served as president and general manager of their Los Angeles studio where he oversaw all product development as well as studio operations. Prior to 2K Games, Bayless was the director of production at Crystal Dynamics as well as development director and supervising producer at Electronic Arts, Tiburon.
