Hello Internet, Happy 40th Birthday

by Rainier on Sept. 3, 2009 @ 12:00 a.m. PDT

In case you didn't know, yesterday the Internet celebrated its 40th birthday. The first two ARPAnet computers connected at UCLA on Sept. 2, 1969, while the first message transmitted between network nodes from UCLA to Stanford University happened on Oct. 29, 1969.

Thanks UCLA. We wouldn't be here without you ....

So what's going on with Microsoft? No Ninety-Nine Nights II, no more Scene It? exclusive ...

No time for TV watching tonight. Worked late, went for a run, made dinner and then it was time to get back to work, but have no fear: The DVR is filled with goodies for tomorrow.
