As of today ilomilo is still not officially available on XBLA, however the developer, Southend Interactive, has made it available to anyone with a web browser.
Simply point your browser here and click the green button to generate a XBLA download token. The token is just for the trial version -- you'll have to pony up 800 MSP ($10) if you want to convert it to a full version.
