Ubisoft announced that it has acquired most employees and assets from Longtail Studios' Quebec office, and will integrate them into its own local office. The freshly recruited developers already had a close working relation with Ubisoft contributing to the Kinect version of Michael Jackson: The Experience, even working in the same building. Longtail Studios, known for Dance on Broadway, is run by Gérard Guillemot, Ubisoft co-founder and brother to its CEO Yves Guillemot with further offices in New York, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.
