Lazy Raiders stars Dr. Diggabone, a phlegmatic, indolent British explorer on a quest for 16 lost relics across the American continents. But he’s no Indiana Jones or Lara Croft, that’s for sure: he doesn’t run, jump or shoot… heck, he doesn’t even walk!

Indeed, the pudgy little archaeologist just stands there, waiting for the world to move so he can slide and tumble his way to the much-coveted relics, hoping as he does that he won’t land head-first in a spiked pit or get squished by a giant boulder.

Lazy Raiders uses a “World-Flip” mechanic that allows the player to flip and spin the entire world, effectively leaving everything that’s not nailed down at the mercy of gravity, including Dr. Diggabone, boulders, minions and thieves.

The game allows players to substitute Dr. Diggabone with their own XBLA Avatars and unlock two Avatar Awards: Dr. Diggabone’s safari hat and outfit.
