Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2 is the sequel to last year's high-flying, fast-hitting, and intense versus battles series. Dragon Ball Z fans can rest assured that the destructible environment, and character trademark attacks and transformations will be true to the series.

These include signature Pursuit Attacks which enable players to initiate attack combo strings, juggling your opponent in a string of devastating strikes throughout the environment. Additionally, Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2 will sport the new Raging Soul System which enables characters to reach a special state, increasing their combat abilities to the ultimate level. Sporting more than 90 characters, 20 of which are brand new to the Raging Blast series, new modes, and additional environmental effects, Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2 is the next evolution in the home console series.

Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2 features a host of improvements and new features with the development team at Spike Co., Ltd. pushing themselves harder than ever to deliver the most authentic and advanced experience.  Everything from the camera to the controls has been reworked to create an accessible game with more than enough tactical depth to satisfy even the most battle-hardened Dragon Ball fan.

In Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2 the gameplay is all about the fight, with a host of new and improved gameplay modes, including online play, to challenge the skills of Dragon Ball aficionados the world over.  Fans will get their story fix in an all-new exciting way, with the inclusion for the first time ever on the game disc of an entire, completely re-edited and never-before-seen 30-minute Dragon Ball anime episode entitled ‘Plan to Eradicate Super Saiyans’.

The game features more than 90 of the most popular characters, over 20 of whom are new to the Raging Blast series including some, such as Hatchiyack, who are completely exclusive to Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2.  Environmental destruction now has an even more profound effect on the fights in the enhanced battle stages, which include a number of brand new ones.

Running at 60fps, Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2 produces faster and smoother animations than ever, further enhanced by countless new stunning visual effects all realised in ultra-realistic High Definition.  The game is loaded with seven main game modes, each with additional sub-modes littered with unlockable treats. With the original Japanese voices, fully optimised 5.1 sound, reworked camera, new combo system, and the exclusive 30-minute Dragon Ball anime episode, the latest chapter in the irrepressible saga is a must-have for fans.

The exclusive new feature entitled “Dragon Ball: Plan to Eradicate the Super Saiyans” is a completely reconstructed, re-scripted and re-edited version of an original Japanese episode that has never been released in the U.S or Canada, offering something unique to fans of the series. Everyone who buys the game can watch this exclusive anime straight out of the box.

In addition to the game disc, which features an exclusive full 30-minute Dragon Ball anime episode for the first time ever, the Limited Edition includes a strictly limited edition numbered laser cell character artwork of Goku.  To make sure your characters are looking their best in the fight arenas, the Limited Edition also includes DLC scratchcards giving players access to not one, not two, but eight exclusive special costumes for Piccolo, Broly, Android #17, Android #18, Bardock, Krillin, Yamcha and Turles.  As well as helping them look sharp, the costumes endow characters with brand new all-powerful abilities to flatten their foes in fine style.  All this great content is delivered in specially designed pop-up packaging, so you can have a 3D Dragon Ball experience even before you’ve got the game home.
