by Rainier on Jan. 4, 2011 @ 12:31 p.m. PST

Paradox Interactive today confirmed the line-up for the Paradox Interactive Convention 2011, set to take place this month in New York City.

Commenting on the upcoming convention, Susana Meza-Graham, Executive Vice President Publishing said, “The Paradox family has grown immensely over the last year to the point that we’ll have over 16 development teams present at this year’s annual convention. We'd like to think of ourselves as the games industry equivalent of Brad and Angelina, our development teams are our adopted ‘children’ and we love them all! We are looking forward to sharing our passion and their talent with our closest partners and selected media in what will be the biggest and greatest Paradox Convention to date. Therefore, we knew there was only one place that could accommodate the event this time round – ‘The Big Apple’!”

The announced titles in the line-up include:

  • Magicka
  • Cities in Motion
  • Pride of Nations
  • Magna Mundi
  • Sword of the Stars II
  • Supreme Ruler: Cold War
  • Crusader Kings II
  • Dreamlords: Resurrection

In addition, Paradox plans to announce a strong selection of upcoming games at the event like Project “Spring Break,” Project “Ice Man,” Project “Orange,” Project “Penny,” Project “Tatanka,” Project “Mayflower” and Project “Doom”. The convention will gather developers like Taleworlds Studios, Neocore Games and Nitro Games who have already worked with Paradox Interactive as well as new teams like TurboTape Games, Seatribe, Radioactive Software and Colossal Order.

Paradox will also be sending one lucky fan to New York to attend the convention and meet the entire Paradox team. Go here for details on how to enter the contest...
