Monster Madness: Battle for Suburbia is now available on Xbox Live Games on Demand for $39.99.

Joining Monster Madness in the following weeks will be Velvet Assassin, a gritty stealth action game set behind enemy lines in World War II, and Legendary, a first person shooter that sees mythical beasts invade Earth after an artist mistakenly opens Pandora’s Box.
