The Sims 3 Pets allows players to add a new member to their household to control and find new ways to play with life!

As a new standalone game, The Sims 3 Pets for X360 and PS3 adds a new level of fun and fulfillment to Sims lives. Players take direct control of their pets as they help their Sims uncover and solve mysteries of the town. 

Coming to the 3DS, The Sims 3 Pets unleashes extraordinary pets into a 3D town! They begin by choosing a Sims pet breed and then customize their look and personality traits to make them unique. New to the game, players can have up to three controllable Sims which can be all pets if they choose it! Players unleash their pets and discover what extraordinary abilities they have. 

The Sims 3 Pets Expansion Pack brings excitement and fun into your Sims’ lives with pets! New to the franchise, and exclusively on the PC/Mac, players have the opportunity to adopt horses! Players will not only determine how their pets look, but they’ll also be able to give them unique personalities traits as well! 

Today, The Sims 3 Pets reveals the full list of Limited Edition breeds offered for the Xbox 360 and PS3game, available through pre-order and while supplies last. Players can explore their new town as Iron Terrier or Robo Dane, hunt down ghosts as a Skeleton Cat or Aztec Pantherea and so much more!

The Sims 3 Pets Create a Pet Demo gives anyone the ability to customise and design the pet of their imagination. Using the robust tools, players start by choosing from one of more than 100 breeds of cats and dogs or a horse of their liking. From there, the opportunities are endless. For instance, players can change the length and width of the snout and ears, texture of the fur or even the color of the eyes. Using the new layer system, players can recreate their childhood pet by adding different layers of markings along the body or create a hybrid of their dreams. Once the player has created their ultimate pet, they’ll be able to assign them personality traits, such as lazy, clueless, friendly and hyper. Players will be able to save their unique pets from the demo and load them into their copy of The Sims 3 Pets Expansion Pack for the PC.
