by Rainier on Jan. 6, 2012 @ 3:50 a.m. PST
Longtime UK-based Bright Light studio, founded in 1995, has been shut down by EA according to recent reports. The studio is best known for the recent Happy Potter titles, which in spite of a big delay, were of mediocre quality at best. Former employees of Bright Light have in the meantime already found new positions at local development houses, such as EA Criterion, Playfish and Supermassive games.
