Last year Valhalla Game Studios' Tomonobu Itagaki already revealed that its action game Devil's Third was not going to make its previously scheduled 2012 release date, and is most likely going to become available in 2013.

That date may become even more uncertain as THQ is now looking to offload the game as CEO Brian Farrell stated that, most likely due to the publisher's weak financial status, the game no longer fits in its "profitability profile."
