Humble Bundle V Sets New Revenue Record

by Rainier on June 18, 2012 @ 5:30 a.m. PDT

Eight independent game developers joined forces and created a bundle of games, and they are doing it again, for the fourth year in a row. The Humble Indie Bundle #5 consists of titles sich as Super Meat Boy,  Braid, Psychonauts, LIMBO and Amnesia: The Dark Descent, and to top it off you can pay whatever you want.

Pay what you want. If you bought these games separately, it would cost over $50, but we're letting you set the price!

All of the games work great on Mac, Windows, and Linux.

We don't use DRM. When you buy these games, they are yours. Feel free to play them without an internet connection, back them up, and install them on all of your Macs and PCs freely. There is no time-limit on your downloads.

Games included are

  • Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP
  • LIMBO
  • Amnesia: The Dark Descent
  • Psychonauts
    • Extras:
    • Bastion
    • Lone Survivor
    • Braid
    • Super Meat Boy

Breathtaking soundtracks included with each of these games.

You can support charity. Choose exactly how your purchase is divided: Between the developers, the Electronic Frontier Foundation, or the Child's Play Charity. Also, if you like this deal, a tip to the Humble Bundle itself would be much appreciated!

The Humble Bundle V campaign has ended and nearly 600,000 people have donated an average $8.53 each, drawing last year's $2 million record by closing in at $5,107,281.26.
