This year’s Spring Fever promotion on PlayStation Network will feature four indie games for PS3/PS Vita launching throughout the month of April, including titles like Guacamelee! and Thomas Was Alone.

Gamers will also be able to take advantage of PlayStation’s Cross-Buy functionality for all four titles, so they can purchase a title on one platform (PS3 or PS Vita) and receive a download voucher for the other platform at no additional cost.

“PlayStation fans have been vocal about their desire to see more independent games on PSN, and Spring Fever is the perfect opportunity to show what makes PlayStation the premier destination for new and unique experiences from talented developers,” said Adam Boyes, vice president, developer and publisher relations, SCEA. “We have made bringing independent games to PSN easier than ever for developers, and part of that support includes making it easier for gamers to discover the best of the best titles.”

The Spring Fever promotion will highlight the following games, and PlayStation Plus members will receive at least a 20% discount for each title during release week:

PlayStation Network’s Spring Fever begins April 9 and continues through May 6. Popular video game franchises will also be supported with weekly sales throughout the promotion, offering up to 65% off of games and add-ons for major franchises including the Grand Theft Auto and Resident Evil series.
