This game is a fresh new take on a genre we all know and love! We want our players to explore a living world with hundreds of random encounters, events and quests that forge an emergent narrative with your choices, making your playthrough different every single time!

The gameplay features the roster management & character progression of games like Disgaea or Final Fantasy Tactics, narrative choices & consequences in the beloved tradition of gamebooks series such as Choose your own Adventure or Fighting Fantasy, the epic scope of a Dungeon & Dragons campaign or a Lord of the Rings novel, and the humoristic tone of the Princess Bride all in one awesome package! 

We want the experience to be a fun and addictive mix between strategy, emergent narrative and roster management, rooted in an epic yet light hearted fantasy setting.

• There are over one hundred (100+) different locations to explore in the game, each packed with unique random encounters and events on top of countless epic quests that will shape the future of the realm!
• Every move you make brings new unforeseen challenges! It could be nothing, but it could also be an ambush, hidden treasure, a new recruit, a secret quest and much, much more! The experience will remain fresh and surprising throughout.
• Throughout the game, you will be faced with situations that require you to make crucial decisions. These decisions will shape your destiny! It is easy to cross the thin line between good and evil, especially when gold is involved! It's all up to you to make your own choices and live (or die...) with the consequences!
• As the manager of your own adventuring agency, you will need to send your scouts across the realm to find the greatest and most powerful adventurers and negotiate a contract to add them to your agency's roster! The more time and money you give them, the deeper they can go to find you those hidden heroes. Your scouts are your eyes and ears on the field. Use them wisely and they will bring you prospects, quests, lore, fame, gold and perhaps even the Epic Manager title itself!
• There are currently 16 basic classes to choose from and multiclassing the right way can unlock several hidden prestige classes! Every adventurer has an «Epicness Level» that dictates how many times he can multiclass and eventually how strong he can become. A rich manager might want to hire the best available free agent on the market, but a wise manager knows that growing promising recruits in-house always pays best in the end!
• Build a wide array of parties by combining our different classes and multiclassing your adventurers. Then, prepare them for combat by equipping the proper Skills, Spells, equipments and items for what they are about to face! Execute your combat strategy by timing your abilities right and dealing with whatever you're facing has to throw at you!
• Managing an adventuring agency is all about taking calculated risks, that's why scouting is so important in the game! You won't always have all the information on a new recruit or a new quest and sending scouts to get a clearer picture will cost time and money! Will you play it safe or push your luck? As always, high risks bring high rewards!... or permanent death!
