'The Walking Dead: Season Two' (ALL) Ep. 5: No Going Back Gets Dated - Trailer

by Rainier on Aug. 21, 2014 @ 10:25 a.m. PDT

The Walking Dead: Season Two continues the story of Clementine, a young girl orphaned at the outset of the undead apocalypse, now left to her own devices to seek safety and survive in a world gone mad.

The Walking Dead is set in the world of Robert Kirkman's award-winning comic book series and offers an emotionally-charged, tailored game experience where a player's actions and choices affect how their story plays out across the entire series.

The Walking Dead: Season Two continues the story of Clementine, a young girl orphaned by the undead apocalypse. Left to fend for herself, she has been forced to learn how to survive in a world gone mad.

As The Walking Dead Season 2 comes to a close and you reflect on Clementine's journey thus far, we ask you to consider: Who will YOU become?

Winter is setting in. Time to find food and shelter is running out. And with a newborn infant to sustain, walkers are a greater threat than ever. As pressure builds and tensions reach breaking point, your choices will decide Clementine’s fate in the gripping conclusion of The Walking Dead: Season Two.

The Walking Dead: Season Two - Episode 4 'Amid the Ruins' will be available starting next week on these dates for the corresponding platforms:

  • August 26th: PC/Mac via Steam ($4.99), the Telltale Online Store and other digital distribution services; on the PlayStation Store in North America (SCEA) for PS3 and PS Vita
  • August 27th: Xbox Live Marketplace for Xbox 360; on the PlayStation Store in European territories (SCEE) for PS3 and PS Vita ($4.99).
  • August 28th: Available as an in-app purchase within The Walking Dead: Season Two on the iOS App Store ($4.99).

Many months have passed since the events seen in Season One of The Walking Dead, and Clementine is searching for safety. But what can an ordinary child do to stay alive when the living can be just as bad – and sometimes worse – than the dead? As Clementine, you will be tested by situations and dilemmas that will test your morals and your instinct for survival. The story you experience in The Walking Dead Season Two is driven by the choices that you make. Because of that, your story could be very different from someone else’s. If you played Season One and the DLC episode ‘400 Days’, the choices you made there will affect Season Two.

The Walking Dead: Season Two will consist of five episodes that will be released for digital download over the course of the season and will conclude in 2014.  Players can save 10% off of the purchase price of the PC/Mac versions with a pre-order of the season pass, giving them access to all five episodes for the total cost of $22.49 USD or equivalent when ordering through the Telltale Online Store, or through the Steam digital distribution service.
