Toren is a puzzle/adventure game with beautiful graphics, innovative and immersive gameplay, which leads the player through an introspective and captivating journey using the most deep concepts.

A great tower wraps the life of the little princess
One contract, one journey and Time itself ...
... that she's about to face
A path we're treading, seeking our inner Truths
Overcoming obstacles looking for what can fulfill ourselves
A sword, a gun, a door, an answer
One reason to survive among the cold stones

Built around an epic poem, the game takes the audience in an torrent of discoveries about the greatest myth of all, the meaning of life.

In Toren, players will witness the birth and the growth of a lonely girl named Moonchild, guiding her on a dangerous journey of discovery and transformation as she unlocks the mysteries of the tower, known as Toren.

A game to be experienced, in which the player will grow and change along with the tower and its heroes. The experience desired for the player is the human struggle against time and mortality.

“We’re very excited to be teaming up with Versus Evil,” said Vitor Severo Leães, Swordtales Producer. “Toren is the biggest project of our lives and we have been independently developing it for three years.  A big concern for us was finding a publishing partner for the game, one that understood how we operated and had the experience to help us launch the game successfully. We found the ideal partner in Versus Evil and are looking forward to working closely with them.”

Toren is a great example of the type of game we look to partner with,” said Steve Escalante, general manager of Versus Evil. “It’s a unique, exciting, and beautiful game with a story that truly captivates the player. The Swordtales team has done a great job in developing this magical world and we’re thrilled to be partnering with them. We look forward to sharing more information in the months to come and to finally releasing Toren to gamers across the globe.”
