D4: Dark Dreams Don't Die is an episodic noir mystery where the protagonist can go back in time, try to use this ability to solve his wife's murder and prevent it from ever occurring.

D4: Dark Dreams Don’t Die follows the story of David Young, a detective with the curious ability to travel back in time. Players join David as he uses this power to solve his wife’s murder and then try to prevent it from occurring. “D4” can be played with an Xbox One controller, Kinect or both.  Kinect enables players to use hand and voice commands for more interactive gameplay and deeper immersion into the game world.

D4: Dark Dreams Don’t Die will be available as digital download for $14.99 via Xbox Live.

Key Features:

  • Directed and written by SWERY, the auteur cult creator of “Deadly Premonition.”
  • Kinect allows for advanced gesture and English voice control from a comfortable seated position. Or, play with the controller (and switch to Kinect during gameplay as you wish); Kinect isn’t required to play.
  • Kinect gestures replicate the hero’s actions and emotions in each scene, fully immersing the player into the game.
  • Cinematic murder mystery story-style with unique next-gen art direction.
  • Rankings show how players performed vs. others at the end of each episode, providing retrospective moral insight.
