CATALUNYA CIRCUIT:
The Circuit de Catalunya opened on the doorstep of Barcelona in September 1991 and welcomed its first international event that same month, hosting the Spanish F1 Grand Prix. It went on to host the European Motorcycle Grand Prix and in 1995 became home to the Gran Premio de Catalunya. Considered to be one of the best designed circuits of the recent era, the Circuit de Catalunya won the much coveted IRTA ‘Best Grand Prix’ trophy for 2001 and has a general admission capacity of 104,000 spectators.
MOTEGI CIRCUIT:
Located amongst the vast natural beauty of the northern Kanto district, the twin ring circuit at Motegi in Japan consists of a 1.5 mile oval and a 2.9 mile road course constructed to international standards. Built by Honda as the ultimate test facility in August 1997, the road circuit became home to MotoGP in 2000 whilst the oval is designed to introduce American motorsports culture to the country.
ARAGÓN CIRCUIT:
An ultra-modern facility, MotorLand Aragón had its roots firmly established thanks to a solid history of street racing in Alcañiz, which hosted events between 1963 and 2003. With support from local institutions, renowned German architect Hermann Tilke was commissioned to design the facility. The circuit, which is 5.077 km long and has 17 turns, was roundly praised by riders after its first Grand Prix in 2010, and it was rewarded with the IRTA Best Grand Prix of the Year award, the first time a circuit had received the prize in its debut year.
The second highlight of the new title is the enhanced career mode, now fully integrated with the customization features. Once you have created your rider (name, face and principal physical characteristics) you start out on the road to becoming world champion. You'll start racing as a Wild Card and subsequently you'll be able to negotiate your future career by choosing one of the official teams participating in the 2015 championship, or choosing sponsors to race with your own Private Team, taking to the track alongside the existing teams. Negotiations hinge on your performance during races, meaning your customization options and resulting appearance are directly linked to your in-game objectives.
The third new component is the introduction of a new game-mode: Beat the Time. In this compelling new race players are assigned a specific bike on a specific circuit. Riders from the different classes featured in the game have set records on that circuit and on that bike. Your aim is to beat that record.
Other new features for MotoGP 15 include the introduction of the two-stroke bikes that made MotoGP history, all the teams, riders and bikes from the 2015 season, and Real Events from the 2014 season, for a complete experience that is unique in its genre.
