by Rainier on Aug. 5, 2015 @ 1:56 a.m. PDT

Dreadnought is an aerial armada action game set in a futuristic era of war and refuge where players will take on the role of a mercenary spaceship captain who owes allegiance to no nation, fighting for glory amidst a galaxy of chaos.

Set in a futuristic era of galactic strife, Dreadnought puts players in command of massive capital ships for all-out tactical action warfare in space and across the skies of distant worlds. Battleships come in a variety of shapes and sizes, each specialized to bring a unique, class-based role to the squad. Commanders will assume complete control, dedicating power to specific sub-systems, customizing weapons, engines, armor, abilities, crew and their ships’ aesthetics, all while collaborating with the development teams to help determine what comes next.

The free-to-play game will feature competitive and cooperative online multiplayer modes, as well as a single-player campaign.

Closed beta sign-ups for Yager's upcoming team-based space-action game Dreadnought, have begun, interested fans can join Dreadnought’s first fleet of beta testers can visit the official website to register.
