LEGO Marvel’s Avengers will also feature playable content based on additional Marvel Studios blockbusters, including Marvel’s Captain America: The First Avenger, Iron Man 3, Thor: The Dark World and Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Play and unlock more than 100 new characters that have never appeared in a LEGO game before, including Super Heroes and Super Villains from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as well as classic Avengers characters featured in Marvel comics.
Fans who pre-order their copy at GameStop will receive an exclusive Silver Centurion Iron Man LEGO minifigure, which is one of the many suits that will be playable in LEGO Marvel’s Avengers. The minifig will ship along with the game for online customers; in-store customers will receive at time of purchase while supplies last.
LEGO Marvel’s Avengers will offer upcoming DLC packs based on the Marvel Studios films Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War and Marvel’s Ant-Man, available as a FREE download exclusively for PS4 and PS3 players for a limited time.
The addition of these packs further bolster the blockbuster content in LEGO Marvel’s Avengers, which will now feature storylines and characters from eight films within the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as well as classic Avengers content from Marvel Comics. Each pack will include the following content:
