Dead Or Alive 5: Last Round will deliver the largest roster of fighters in any DOA game to date. Fighters will include: Hayabusa, Hayate, Kasumi, Ayane, Rig, Momiji, Leon, Kokoro, Tina, Lisa, Brad Wong, Jann Lee, Hitomi, Leifang, Christie, Eliot, Leon, Gen Fu, Bayman, Bass, Zack, Helena, Marie Rose, Phase 4 and newly released Nyotengu along with Akira, Pai, Jacky and Sarah Bryant from the Virtua Fighter series. 

Character customization options get even deeper, as Dead Or Alive 5: Last Round will offer over 400 open and unlockable costumes, including 31 brand new costumes consisting of winning designs created by actual Dead or Alive players. Brand new hairstyle and accessory options round out nearly endless possibilities to adorn the fighters for any occasion. Players can bring their run of rosters, costumes and  save data from Dead Or Alive 5: Ultimate, as previously purchased DLC content will be transferable from last gen consoles to the PS4 and Xbox One (PS3 to PS4, Xbox 360 to Xbox One).

Team NINJA has proudly unveiled the schedule and prizing for the official tournament circuit of DEAD OR ALIVE 5 Last Round, BATTLE ROYAL 2016. Partnering with tournament organizers Big E Gaming and Final Round LLC, Team NINJA plans to bring fans the most competitive and globally inclusive DEAD OR ALIVE tournament to date. To follow up on last year’s epic North American tour, Team NINJA has broadened its horizons to further embrace the international DEAD OR ALIVE competitive scene, with qualifier tournaments in North America and around the globe.

Comprised of seven tournaments in total—including qualifier events in Melbourne, Paris, and North America—with the grand finals at NEC XVII in December, BATTLE ROYAL 2016 breaks new ground for the global DEAD OR ALIVE community. All tournaments in Battle Royal 2016 will be played on the PlayStation 4. No fighting sticks are allowed, and all converters except for the XCM Crossfire 3.0 and Brook super converters are banned on the PlayStation 4.
