Project Genom, powered by Unreal Engine 4, is a unique shooter with elaborate role-playing system. A great variety of skills and a wide range of weapons will enable you to create a unique character to survive in the hostile environment, with the no-target system bringing dynamic to battles.

Choose your role! Unlock the power of your mental abilities that will help you heal your fellow party members. Develop your shooting skills and fire your way through hordes of enemies or take out your opponent with careful sniper rifle shots. Those who prefer to deal with their enemies at a closer distance will have a wonderful opportunity to cut, chop and slash with blades and glaives.

All of this will be available for both PvE and PvP modes. The PvE mode will open up a universe of several planets to explore, while the PvP world will greet you with special arenas with different modes and dynamic battles on multilayer maps.

Discover the oldest secrets of the planet, explore the enormous, unknown world, but be careful, for what you uncover may not only give humanity new knowledge but also destroy it. The world is full of global events that have an impact on the entire game universe. Watch out for them. You hold the key to the fragile balance in the world and only you can contain the chaos. But not all events occur on their own – one careless shot may trigger a disaster.

The game storyline fully depends on the decisions you make. Every step you take will have a ripple effect on your character’s fate and events in the world. Forget about a linear plot. Now whatever you do will have far-reaching consequences.

In May 2016 Project Genom will be available on Steam Early Access.

By that time the game will feature:

• Character customization, which includes the change of gender, facial features, hairstyles, clothes and other aspects of appearance.
• Updated animation, combat and world interaction systems.
• Skill leveling system, which will include 12 paths divided into 6 skills with many nodes that can open new character abilities.
• Organism changes – the development of internal organs of a character becomes an important part of the game. In each of the 6 organism systems you can boost your organs with medicines, undergo mutations or replace them with synthetic analogues. Depending on your choice, your character may acquire new abilities and possibilities for development.
• Crafting system – you can extract resources and create weapons, armor, medicines, and other game items by learning different combinations of materials. Using one and the same blueprint, you may craft an item out of gold, wolfram, steel or titanium, with items having totally different properties.
• Opportunity to play in party with your friends, which will make the game experience more interesting and could make tackling certain tasks easier.
• Transport – big distances are easier to cover with a personal quad bike, which will increase character mobility.
• Bosses – you can face off not only with regular mobs but also with incredibly powerful enemies. Find their weak spots, use the whole arsenal of your skills, join parties and fight for deliciously lucrative rewards.
• Personal cabin – you will have your very own personal cabin that you are free to enlarge by opening up new sections and getting unique possibilities. You can always open your cabin to your friends to demonstrate your achievements.
• World exploration – there is no one “correct” way to play the game. Every task may be completed in different ways, and the choice of this or that way affects not only skills and abilities you get but could also impact the fate of the whole world.

 We would also like to let you know that we had to transfer the latest update to closed servers because of a critical error found by our testers. The update included new character leveling and equipment systems. We are doing our best to put all those new features in the game.

You will have a chance to get your hands on cutting-edge equipment and most enhanced military hardware! Treat yourself to terrifyingly powerful weapons or fly a huge combat robot that demolishes everything in its wake. Blades, pistols, shotguns, glaives, sniper and assault rifles – all of these are at your character’s disposal. If that is not enough, you are welcome to use a turret or a massive combat robot. All of it does not exhaust the full list of weapons and hardware available to you.

Robots are insanely powerful weapons that have little problems drowning their surroundings in fire and explosions. Get inside a humongous piece of moving machinery and feel the ground tremble beneath your feet. Robots are heavily armed and well-protected. They will get you through the most dangerous areas where your regular armor will prove not strong enough. These death machines cannot be underestimated on the battlefield.

Combat robots are not the only way to make your enemy cower in terror. Covers will transform you into a mutant capable of carrying out symbiotic or psionic attacks. Use the parasites living in the body to heal yourself or your fellow party members. Summon various creatures to your aid to attack the enemy while you are a safe distance away.

Have a taste of what it’s like being a close-range fighter! Use manipulators to enhance your physical strength and deal a devastating damage on any of your enemies unlucky enough to cross paths with you.

All three types of special equipment are unique in their own way, with their own advantages and weaknesses. But all of them, with the right amount of thought put into it, can turn you into a god of war!

Build your own spaceship and embark on a journey to explore other planets! But remember, space is not devoid of life, and you are bound to partake in epic stellar battles that may cost you your life. Collect resources, assemble a team and build your first spaceship. It will help you evacuate when danger comes, or strike your enemy’s positions from the orbit. Soon enough you will discover the world of unknown planets under unfamiliar stars. To reach a new world is no easy task and you will have to prove your worthiness in a fight on more than one occasion.
