What is Talisman? For the uninitiated, imagine you and five of your best friends are on a Magical Quest. You must journey across a dangerous land and be the first to claim the Crown of Command, a magical artefact with the power to destroy all rivals and make the bearer the true ruler of the kingdom. On your travels, you will need strength, courage and some good dice rolls to survive the dangers you face and beat your opponents to the centre of the board.

It’s been a long time coming, but fantasy adventure board game Talisman: Digital Edition, including expansions, is finally coming to PS4 and Vita, and will support Cross-Play with the PS Vita as well.

“We couldn’t be more thrilled to bring Talisman: Digital Edition to the PlayStation Network this Spring,” said Nomad’s Managing Director; Don Whiteford. “Talisman remains the ultimate fantasy adventure board game, and now PlayStation families across the globe will get a chance to share in the adventure.”

This new PlayStation version of the game comes complete with online play, leader boards and detailed interactive tutorials.

In addition to the base game the following expansions will be included:

• The Dungeon,
• The Highland
• The Sacred Pool
• The City
• The Nether Realm

There are also 58 characters to choose from, with varying strengths and abilities.
