During his 11 year tenure as 2K Games GM, from 2005-2016, Ralley oversaw the International rollout of some of the industry’s most successful franchises including BioShock, Borderlands, Mafia, Civilization, XCOM, NBA 2K and WWE 2K. Prior to 2K, Neil spent 8 years at Codemasters where he rose to be Sales Director.
