These improvements include expanded online multiplayer functionality, the return to the franchise of two-player local multiplayer, a deeper career mode supporting all three national racing series, track updates, upgraded visuals, physics and damage models, additional drivers and other features in line with the 2017 NASCAR-sanctioned national series formats.
In addition to the traditional Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, the upcoming NASCAR Heat 2 will feature the NASCAR XFINITY Series and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. These series offer new styles of gameplay, new drivers and vehicles, and six new tracks, including three road courses, two ovals and one dirt track.
Players who pre-order NASCAR Heat 2 will receive Kurt Busch’s winning Daytona 500 paint scheme, as well as the previously revealed $50 voucher off the purchase of a ticket for any remaining 2017 and all 2018 NASCAR-sanctioned events at one of eight tracks owned by Speedway Motorsports, Inc. across the U.S.
Pre-orders are now available for NASCAR Heat 2 on the PS4 and Xbox One.
NASCAR Heat 2 will be available on the PS4, Xbox One and PC (Steam) for $49.99 starting Sept. 12, 2017.
