Valnir Rok is an online sandbox survival roleplaying game inspired by Norse mythology. Players will awaken to find themselves on Valnir Island and must do whatever it takes to survive in a land of wild animals, mythical beasts, and violent men. As a hardened Viking warrior, butcher your enemies in bloody combat, build and improve village structures, and form a clan to expand your power and reputation. Battle against opposing clans, place bounties on hated enemies, and discover ruin artifacts to gain favor with the gods with great deeds and holy sacrifices. Independent game developer encurio will begin the second phase of Closed Alpha testing on their upcoming online Viking survival roleplaying game – Valnir Rok – this weekend.

Starting 6:00AM EST this Friday, August 11 through 12:00AM EST Monday, August 14 gamers who registered for Closed Alpha Test access at the official website will be able to explore the brutal online land steeped in Norse mythology.

Valnir Rok will make its playable debut at gamescom 2017, and will be launching on Steam Early Access in September 2017.
