Eko Software has been working for more than two years to complete development of the most immersive rugby game ever created and to set a new standard for sport simulation games. 

Discipline must be air tight to control each moment of play, and whether or not to make a decisive breakthrough or a defensive stand; each situation will offer players a wide variety of outcomes.

This respect for the sport is also possible thanks to the vast amount of official content included in the game: leagues, teams, players. Rugby 18 includes the renowned Premiership Rugby and TOP 14 teams, as well as many other prestigious licenses. More than 2,000 rugby players from the 2017-2018 season will be represented in each of the game's modes, including a management mode in which each player can build and develop his own team.

Rugby 18 captures the intensity of the biggest games of the 2017-2018 season through its selection of 65 official teams from around the world:

• National teams : Australia (Wallabies), England, France, Scotland, Wales, Italia, South Africa (Springboks), New Zealand (All Blacks), Fiji
• Championships and their teams: TOP 14, PRO D2, PRO14, Aviva Premiership Rugby.

In Rugby 18's Career mode, guide your favourite team to victory. Recruit the best players using the money you earn from your wins, adjust your formation and strategy between matches and take the team to the top of the Elite Division.

My Squad mode lets you build your dream team by selecting the best official players from all the major leagues. To recruit players, you use "Squad Points". These are received at the end of each match in all game modes, both local and online. The player is also rewarded with "Squad Points" when meeting objectives during a match: a well-orchestrated attack resulting in a spectacular try, a towering defence, efficient tackling, a dummy followed by a precise pass after contact… In RUGBY 18 there are many different ways to develop your ultimate team.

Rugby 18 will be available on PS4, Xbox One and PC, starting October 27, 2017.
