Minecraft is a game based on limitless creativity and building in a three dimensional sandbox world.

This past June Microsoft introduced the Minecraft Marketplace – a program which enables Minecraft community members to earn a living by releasing in-game content alongside our own first-party content in the Minecraft Store. Since then, the community partners have earned more than ONE MILLION DOLLARS collectively by selling their own adventures, worlds, texture packs, character skins, and more!

"Minecraft has some ~amazing~ Marketplace partners, and we’re continually bringing new folks onboard. We started the program with nine folks back in June, and since then have expanded our partner roster to 12, with plans to keep adding more partners. The program offers our players a wide variety of community-created content that they can safely and easily access, while also allowing the community to support one another’s work and allow creators the chance to turn their creativity into a way to make a living!"

New Minecraft content from our community Marketplace partners is released all the time!

• Our latest release included Dinosaur Island which lets you run from raptors, tame triceratops and raid ruins as you investigate the intrigues of a mysterious island, overrun by prehistoric beasts.  
• Earlier in August, we released Infinity Dungeon EX, a super cool randomly generated dungeon adventure from Jigarbov and a variety of other awesome content from Noxcrew, Eneija, Razzleberry Fox and more. 
• In July, we released the color-coded Cyber Space Team Pack and a pet-themed skin pack! Bark, meow, squeak or squawk to your heart’s content!
• Also in July, we released some fun minigames and mighty kingdoms, including the sun-and-sand-packed Summer Mini Games Festival, the beautiful Wisteria Grove and the Kingdom of Torchwall, for our more conquest-craving players.
