Dragon Ball FighterZ delivers an explosive, action-packed game that combines classic 2D fighting visuals with advanced 3D character models that look and feel as if they are ripped straight out of the Dragon Ball anime series.
Dragon Ball FighterZ gives fans of all skill levels the opportunity to feel like their favorite Dragon Ball character. Featuring 3 vs. 3 battle mechanics, new and seasoned players are sure to experience the epic scope of Dragon Ball as they select their three-character team to take into battle.
The game also encourages players to train and master more than one fighter and style, delivering richer gameplay and motivation to take down the competition.
Dragon Ball FighterZ has received a free update this week that adds online tournaments, trophies, trophy rooms, and holiday themed Z Capsules.
FighterZ Tournament is a new online tournament mode featuring several new match rules culminating in a final 8-player bracket. The winners and runners-up in each tournament will receive special rewards and Z Trophies, which players can then display in their all-new Z Trophy Room.
TheZ Trophy Room is the second new feature, where rooms are unique to each player. Players will gain Z Trophies that can be showcased in their Z Trophy Rooms, as well as with their Lobby Avatars and more. Players can then visit the Z Trophy Rooms of others or invite their friends to show off their own collections.
The third update features a variety of new festive themed avatars and color variations. Characters including Vegeta, Trunks, Tien and Android 18 will have Santa Claus themed avatars, with Krillin and Buu dressed as a reindeer and snowman respectively. A new Christmas color set, featuring red, green and gold, will also be available for all characters.
All these updates are now available in North America, with the The Seasonal Z Capsules is coming to European users on 5th December, 2018.
