Available for free from the PlayStation Store, Knights of Valour is based on the popular arcade game. The PS4 version features a brand-new look and not only retains the traditional game features, but involves a more intricate storyline and stunning graphics. Its classic beat 'em up gameplay against dozens of enemies including mighty bosses offers a well-known and yet innovative game experience for everybody.
Players are able to select one of seven different characters, each with unique traits to fit their individual playstyles. They also collect equipment and learn lots of new skills to enhance their characters' abilities and are even able to create customized skill combinations to design a unique serial attack.
Released in early 2017, Knights of Valour has received a summer update, adding a complete new PvP mode and playable character to the game.
Players will experience Knights of Valour in a new and exciting way with the PvP mode. Without the need of optimized equipment or expensive entry fees, this mode offers a simple and enjoyable brawl experience against other players. To be able to enter the mode, players will require at least three unlocked characters. Snice two characters are unlocked when beginning the game, only one additional character is required to get started in the Duel Arena.
The mode contains a one-week pre-season, followed by a two-week main season, at the end of which each participant is rewarded based on their in-game achievements during this time. The first pre-season begins with the release of the Duel Arena on the 30th of May.
In addition to this newly added mode, Knights of Valour also released the 11th playable character.
Zhuge Liang, the chancellor of the Shu Kingdom and a masterful Skill-Type fighter, defeats his enemies with the power of the elements and tactical positioning. By using lightning strikes, walls of fire and solid rock to his advantage, Zhuge Liang inspires players who like the tactical component of the game.
