The most unpredictable and enigmatic of the Four Horsemen, FURY must succeed where many have failed - to bring balance to the forces that now ravage Earth. Darksiders III is the long-anticipated, third chapter in the critically-acclaimed Darksiders franchise.

The company also announced that it is working with the team at Gunfire Games, which is largely comprised of the original creators of the Darksiders franchise, on development of the long and highly-anticipated project.

Not sure what is all going on on the Microsoft Store, but lately it has been a major source with regards to leaking release dates. Recently it jumped the gun with revealing dates for Shenmue I & II, and now it seems Darksiders III.

A new trailer for Darksiders III is available now and shows Fury in one of her various forms: The Flame Hollow envelops Fury in a brilliant orange blaze, and arms her with two deadly burning flails.

These powerful weapons offer a new set of attacks, and charging the burning energy within them executes an explosive finishing move, devastating nearby foes. Using this Hollow opens up a number of previously inaccessible paths: Fury can pass through fire and lava unscathed, or perform a fiery high jump to launch herself to new areas.
