'Battlerite' (ALL) Titles Will Be Getting A Battle Pass

by Rainier on Feb. 7, 2019 @ 7:34 a.m. PST

Battlerite is an action-packed Team Arena Brawler focused on competitive PvP combat.

Players can choose from fifteen champions, battle in seven epic arenas and showcase their most bad-ass plays using the recently implemented video-replay feature, The Odeum.

Experience the explosive combination of a top-down shooter with a fast paced fighting game, played in quick 2v2 and 3v3 matches. Dodge bullets and pull off deadly combos with the use of good old WASD movement & cursor based aiming. Battlerite is about skill-shots, teamplay and fast reactions.

Engage in adrenaline-fueled 10-15 minute battles with a powerful competitive feeling that will enthrall any player who enjoys getting good. It doesn't matter if you are a veteran or a rookie on a rampage, all champions have the same fighting chance. Battle side by side with teammates to the sound of the roaring crowd in vibrant, colosseum-style surroundings. This is the purest form of PvP arena fighting.

Stunlock Studios announced adding the Battle Pass as part of a major update for the whole franchise together with the free-to-play launch of Battlerite Royale, scheduled for February 19th.

All players will have access to the Free Battle Pass, which they will be able to upgrade to the Premium Battle Pass for more game content and other perks.

Premium Pass owners can earn Battle Stars to level up their Battle Pass, unlocking new cosmetic rewards including pets, emotes, weapons, outfits, experience boosts, avatars, sponsor-gated content and more.

The Premium Pass upgrade will cost 950 in-game currency Gems / Diamonds or $9,49, if purchased through XSOLLA’s marketplace.

The Free Battle Pass containing less rewards will also be available whether or not players upgrade to the Premium version and will include Season content. Connecting both games, the Battle Pass preserves progress so players can switch back and forth between the two titles.

Alongside the Battle Pass comes a revamped Season system kicking off with “Battle Season 1”, which will reset seasons in Battlerite as well as leaderboards in Battlerite Royale and run for about ten weeks.

Battlerite is currently available on PC, with the Xbox One version scheduled for 2019.
