Hob is set on a beautiful and dangerous unknown world, with buzzing life above and the whirrs of mysterious machinery below. The more players delve into the world’s design, the more they uncover a planet in peril. Players must learn to survive, understand their true purpose through acquiring skills, and ultimately transform the nature of the world itself. 

Hob is presented without text or dialogue. Narrative is revealed as players explore and interact with their mysterious planet, and the strange life forms that inhabit it. The third title from developer Runic Games, Hob is being developed for PC and console, featuring smooth controller gameplay, multi-layered puzzles, and striking visuals.

Perfect World Entertainment and developer Panic Button announced a partnership to bring Hob to nintendo Switch on April 4 and starting today players can order Hob: The Definitive Edition and save 10% off the original retail price of $19.99

This immersive atmospheric single-player adventure was originally developed by Runic Games for PC and PlayStation®4 in 2017. Panic Button has taken everything that fans loved about the original game and developed a version exclusively for Nintendo Switch, featuring improved controls and game features.

The team at Panic Button has developed a version of the game for Nintendo Switch that provides adventurers with brand new ways to unravel the mysteries of Hob. This includes added camera controls, improvements to the game’s UI, a variety of quality-of-life improvements and new features only possible on the Nintendo Switch system, including HD rumble and touch screen functionality. A full list of enhanced features available with Hob: The Definitive Edition will be revealed at launch.

Currently available on PS4 and PC, Hob: The Definitive Edition is rated E10+ and will be available for download from the Nintendo eShop on April 4.
