The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II picks up one month after the decisive collision that changed the fate of the entire nation at the conclusion of Trails of Cold Steel. Speedy, tactical turn-based combat with the newly-developed “ARCUS” system returns with all the bells and whistles players fondly remember alongside a new Overdrive mode, new means of transportation across both the land and sky, new allies, new dangers, and a renewed sense of hope as Rean tirelessly works to right the wrongs that have led the country to disarray. Relationships cultivated during the time players spent at Thors Military Academy in Trails of Cold Steel affect future story elements and allow for more personalized conversations throughout the game.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II, will launch on the PS4 on June 4 in North America.
The physical day one “Relentless Edition” of The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II is available now for pre-order through the XSEED Games Store and at select retailers for a MSRP of $49.99, while the digital version will be available for purchase for $39.99 via the PlayStation Store.

Players will be able to pick up where the story left off, with the option to transfer save data from the PS4 system, PS3 or PS Vita system release of The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel to The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II. Doing so will grant bonuses to those who accomplished various goals in the first title, allowing players to see the results of some of their earlier choices and accomplishments while playing the sequel.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II gives players the chance to continue an upgraded version of this JRPG adventure on the PS4 system. This new console version contains updated features not found in previous console versions of the game including dual voiceovers options for either English or Japanese audio and additional recorded English dialog scenes. Other new features have been designed for returning players will include the popular turbo mode option previously released in the PC versions of the series and in the recent PS4 system release of The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II, rated T for Teen, is currently available for PS3, Vita (compatible with PlayStation TV), and PC while coming to Ps4 on June 4, 2019
