With over 150 songs to challenge the hardcore fan, there has never been a DJMAX game quite so robust and feature-packed with new content that’s never been played in the series. Songs from top electronic artists like Marshmello and Porter Robinson are joining the fray, along with special collaborations with Riot Games’ League of Legends.
For the first time since DJMAX Online, competitive online play will feature prominently in DJMAX Respect V, as it will support up to seven (7) players in online matches as well as 1vs1 ranked ladder matches where players can play other players with similar skills, and climb the leaderboards based on their performance.
DJMAX Respect V is the PC edition of 2018’s hit rhythm game that was previously only available on PS4. Respect represents the culmination of every past DJMAX release. The base game comes packed with an unprecedented number of songs to play: 161 in total with an original opening song and 9 newly licensed tracks exclusive to DJMAX Respect V. After full launch, at least 20 more new songs will be released as DLC.
Neowiz is pleased to announce that Get Jinxed and K/DA’s Pop Stars are now officially a part of DJMAX Respect V. In partnership with Riot Games, these two fan-favorite songs are now free for every owner of DJMAX Respect V, and come complete with League of Legends visuals and movies to accompany the legendary tracks.
“We are incredibly thrilled to have Riot’s help in adding these two iconic songs to DJMAX Respect V,” says Ji Soo Moon, CEO of Neowiz. “K/DA’s smash hit track Pop Stars and the Get Jinxed track are some of the best songs in gaming history, as far as we’re concerned. We can’t wait for our players to have a chance to master them in DJMAX Respect V.”
Launched a few weeks ago into Steam Early Access, DJMAX Respect V has already received over 3,000 reviews with a Very Positive rating on Valve’s platform. Neowiz is just getting started too, as more songs and game modes are being added throughout the Early Access period and beyond.
Featuring both keyboard and full controller support (Coming Soon), and an extensive tracklist spanning numerous genres, like Pop, Rock, Electronic, Ambient, Jazz and even Easy Listening, DJMAX Respect V will leave no rhythm gamer wanting!
Currently available for PS4, DJMAX Respect V is coming to PC in 2020.
