Haxity seeks to deliver a never-before-seen card gaming experience, while being one of the very first PVP movers in the exciting new action deck-builder genre. A genre of card games where a major part of the gameplay is to draft cards and modify your deck as you play.

In Haxity you jack into a gritty cyberpunk sprawl, where a mixed bag of derelicts are fighting to survive the daily grind. This is where you come in, the player. You must survive the city, work your way up the ranks and find the optimal strategy to crush your foes. At your disposal is a hefty amount of cool gadgets, black market technologies and hacks.

The cards can be mixed, mashed and hacked, and the outcome can turn around…really fast. It’s street fighting, the cyberpunk way. It has the combos and powerful emotions of a fighting game, mixed with the mind-games and depth of card games. In short; a digital card game where every move you make is decided with cards, and where every playthrough is different.

Megapop Games is happy to announce that Haxity gets more competitive with the new Total Recall Update!

To celebrate this the studio announces a Free Weekend and 30% Discount on Steam from Dec. 3 to 6 and special events, including a ‘Streamer Brawl event.

With ‘Total Recall Update’ we have introduced some of the most demanded features by our loyal fans. These include new options and improvements in existing systems so players can have a smooth and more dynamic experience when fighting online.

The main changes are:

• Hack Log: Players will see which hacks have been played at what targets
• Opponent Cards: The opponent cards used during the current fight will be revealed so players can see them until the match is finished
• Reconnect System: Players that lose their network connection or have a client crash while playing online, can now reconnect and continue the game
• UX improvements: The User Interface for Tutorial and matches has been streamlined further and your cyberdeck console gives more feedback on illegal plays. More art has been added to the matchmaking screens
• Ranked System & Emotes: Now all ranked badges are available and each character will have their own emotes

Free Weekend and 30% Discount

To celebrate the new update Megapop wants to give the chance to everyone to try Haxity and enjoy the fight. For that reason Haxity will be available for free on Steam from Thursday December 3 at 08AM PST / 05 PM CET to Sunday December 6 at 01PM PST / 10PM CET). 

All players that try the game and want to extend their citizenship in Haxity will have available a 30% discount, from Thursday December 3 at 08AM PST / 05PM CET to Tuesday December 8 at 08AM PST / 05PM CET.

There will be a Developer Livestream on Steam to celebrate the start of the Free Weekend to show the new features of the game and answer questions from the community.

Streamers join the fight

This Saturday December 5, from 09AM PST / 06PM CET to 12PM PST / 09PM CET, we will organize a ‘Streamer Brawl’ event where some really cool streamers will play Haxity and anyone will have the chance to challenge them.
