Broomstick League is a fast paced, high-flying online sports game where players divide into teams and streak across massive arenas atop their trusty broomsticks. Take possession of the ball and rush it through the stadium as you outmaneuver other players in an effort to score.

Equipped with a broomstick and wand, players must hone their flying skills and use magic to dodge enemies, defend their goal and make awe inspiring plays. Armed with the blast spell that knocks the ball out of your opponent's hands, and the blink spell which teleports players to create goal scoring opportunities, there are endless combinations of plays with no two matches being the same. Customize your witch or wizard and equip a variety of unlockable broomsticks, wands and other magical cosmetics.

Blue Isle Studios announced that Broomstick League is available now on Steam Early Access for $13.49 (a 10% discount)

“Broomstick League brings the popular competitive sports genre to a world where wizards reign the skies - we plan to finish its development in Early Access with an already passionate community who joined us during our closed and open beta tests,” said, Alex Tintor, managing director of Blue Isle Studios. “It’s been exciting to see big name streamers and competitive players go at it in the arenas and provide us with valuable feedback as we’ve readied the game for this launch phase.” 

“The Early Access version represents Broomstick League’s foundation and includes a strong offering of features and content right out of the gate. Some features will need to be fleshed out and polished over time, but we made a conscious decision to not pursue Early Access until we decided the game was in a fully playable and enjoyable state. We want to work with you, our community to build up from this point, using your input to help guide the direction of the game’s development."

Blue Isle Studios has also confirmed that they are developing the high flying sports game for PS4 and Xbox One.
