In a world devastated by the fallout of the last great war, Norway has become the last great bastion of humanity now known as Outlanders. You must survive as one of the only living remnants of a world in tatters — Fight, loot, maintain your shelter, and play smart to survive your new hostile landscape.

Vigor is an online, third-person, multiplayer, shoot-and-loot game with unpredictable challenges to overcome as you compete with fellow Outlanders for precious resources. Take on (or work with) other player, loot for resources, battle for airdrops, and escape to the safety of your Shelter, where you’ll build improvements and level up before stepping back into the battlefield.

Bohemia Interactive is proud to announce that Vigor has just been released as a free-to-play title on Nintendo Switch. This comes after a successful Founder’s Pack period, where dedicated Outlanders provided feedback and helped to optimize the Switch version. Also, total Vigor players have surpassed 5 million!

Any Outlanders who wish to support the Vigor development team can do so in other ways now that the Founder’s Pack period has ended. Outlanders can spice up each encounter with various social boosters which affect the amount of loot or the rarity of the airdrop for everyone. Those wishing to join the Renegades introduced in Season 5 should take a look at the Vigor Battle Pass, which provides new weapons, cosmetics, crowns, titles, and more.
