Arisen: Chronicles of Var'Nagal is a narrative role playing game containing hand-drawn aesthetics in which you will have to take on the role of a slave who will embark on an adventure to seek liberty.Set on the island of Maccialatt, Arisen: Chronicles of Var'Nagal allows you to shape the personality of your character using the “Emotion” cards (Fear, Sorrow, Disgust, Anger, Joy) as you speak with different kinds of people. Your choices will impact the world around you while you unlock new cards.

Indie studio Maratus Games has launched its Arisen: Chronicles of Var'Nagal kickstarter campaign, looking to raise $35,666, which will help the developers get more funds to cover the costs related to the production and development.
With about 16 days to go, fans have pledged 50% of the funding goal.
