World Of Tanks is a team-based massively multiplayer online action game dedicated to armored warfare. Throw yourself into the epic tank battles of World War II with other steel cowboys all over the world. Your arsenal includes more than 150 armored vehicles from America, Germany, and the Soviet Union, carefully detailed with historical accuracy.

Ride the legendary Tiger tank, or choose the fast-and-furious Soviet T-34, practice your sharp-shooting skills with the American 155mm M40 Gun Motor Carriage or try experimental/prototype machines such as the Germany's monstrous Maus tank. A Player can have an endless number of tanks in "garage", and all machines can be upgraded in dozens of ways: better turrets, chassis, guns, engines, radios, various ammunition types, plus tank crew members can be leveled up as well.

World of Tanks has aligned with the organization K9s For Warriors, the world’s largest provider of Service Dogs for veterans. 

Beginning November 10, 2021 and running until December 1, players of World of Tanks can support the amazing work K9s For Warriors does by acquiring a “Vets Best Friend” pack, via charitable contributions directly to K9s for Warriors. All proceeds go to benefit this organization.

Determined to end veteran suicide, K9s For Warriors provides highly-trained Service Dogs to military veterans suffering from PTSD, traumatic brain injury and/or military sexual trauma. With the majority of dogs coming from high-kill rescue shelters, this innovative program allows the K9s For Warriors team to build an unwavering bond that facilitates their collective healing and recovery. Founded in 2011, K9s For Warriors has rescued more than 1,300 dogs across the country and paired nearly 700 veterans with trained Service Dogs.

To answer the call, the World of Tanks community can support K9s For Warriors through a tiered donation program. Charitable contributors will receive one of three “Vet’s Best Friend” support packs based on level of participation. All funds go directly to K9s For Warriors via their donation page and will significantly help them continue their mission.

There are three tiers’ Tankers can contribute to, each with increasing amount of items in the bundle as you go up:

“Vet’s Best Friend” Tier 1: Supporters who donate $11.00 or more, will receive:

• 1 K-nine camouflage for their tank in their garage
• 1 Decal: German Shepard

“Vet’s Best Friend” Tier 2: Supporters who donate $22.00 or more will also get

• 1 K-nine camouflage style for their tank in their garage.
• 1 Decal for each of the following dogs: German Shepard, Bernese Mountain Dog, Akita Inu, Decal Bichon Frise, and Chihuahua

“Vet’s Best Friend” Tier 3: Supporters who donate $33.00 or more will also get

• M54 Renegade tank with garage slot (limited to the first 100 donators at this level)
• 1 K-nine camouflage to apply to any tank
• 1 Decal of the following: German Shepard, Bernese Mountain Dog, Akita Inu, Decal Bichon Frise, and Chihuahua, Corgi, Dachshund, French Bull Dog, Husky, Pug
